From good to great: $100-million quest

Turnkey automation solutions company BCS Group is on a growth offensive to grow into a $100-million company by 2010. A restructure of functions and client-focused units is part of an enhanced strategy to prepare for the company's growth.

Marc Michel, BCS' international business development manager and former Navman Marine vice president, says a "willingness to change and re-engineer everything you do" after $50 million is imperative. "What got you to $50 million typically won't take you to $100 million." He cites Navman as an example. The company took almost 14 years to build $100 million in revenues but only another five years to top $350 million..........
